_Robert is a seasoned financial leader with 25 years of experience in global treasury, liquidity and funding management, and balance sheet optimization at top financial institutions.

Robert most recently served as the Americas Treasurer for Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was the Americas Head of Liquidity and Funding at UBS. In both roles, his work covered the full range of Treasury activity, including liquidity and funding, capital management, asset/liability management, balance sheet optimization, and funds transfer pricing. He specialized in the design and implementation of a holistic liquidity and funding management framework with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety, and soundness. His expertise also includes navigating complex regulatory examinations and relationships.

Robert is particularly adept at driving large-scale financial resource efficiency and capital market strategies. His expertise in the securities and investment banking industries allows him to lead remediation efforts, resolve complex liquidity challenges, and optimize financial structures to enhance resilience and performance. He has consistently served as a strategic advisor with a results-driven mindset and a track record of influencing executive leadership and regulatory bodies.

He also served as the Treasurer at Bear Stearns and Cantor Fitzgerald.

Robert is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Economics, both from Temple University.
